Financial Services Industry Expert
Kimberly is a strategic advisor, board member and finance industry veteran, with over 25 years of leadership, business transformation, merger integrations and major initiative experience across both private and public sectors, and in international settings. In both a c-suite and senior executive capacity, she has successfully worked with senior management and boards on firm-wide strategy, acquisition integrations, business operations, risk and cost management, compensation programs, talent management practices and board practices at a number of well-known organizations such as International Securities Exchange/Eurex/Deutsche Boerse, Bernstein, Bank of New York and Instinet. Kimberly also serves on the Board of Directors of the Open Medicine Foundation and is their Treasurer, and serves on the Board of Directors of BoysTown NY where she is also their Chair of the Nominating and Board Development Committee and serves on the Finance Committee. She earned her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from St. Mary’s University and completed the Finance and Accounting Executive Program at Columbia University after graduating the University of Texas with a BA in Psychology.
